United Way has been in our community since 1923 and began partnering with agencies in 1938. Today it helps fund 31 programs and two initiatives at over 26 partner agencies in Jasper and Newton counties in Missouri and Cherokee, Crawford, and Labette counties in Kansas.
Since 2017, United Way of Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas has invested more than $1.6 million in local communities and impacted over 115,000 residents through partner-agency programs.
