Specific Need

The Wildcat Extension Education Foundation is a 501 © 3 organization dedicated to supporting local extension programing efforts. Wildcat District Extension programs have a critical impact on local quality of life, youth development, leadership and healthy lives. The future of local Extension programs depends on local donations. A “Match Day” donation will automatically increase your gift with a match from the Community Foundations in your area.

Enhance the Wildcat Extension District’s efforts to build strong communities through enduring financial support for research-based education and collaboration.

Profile

Since 2019, the Foundation has:

Managed the distribution of over $13,600 for our 4-H Judging teams to attend competitions
Accepted over $9,000 in Memorial Funds
Assisted the WED Agents by being the fiscal agent for over $16,000 in grant funds
Covered entry fees for National 4-H contests and conferences
In 2020, raised over $8,000 to pay 4-H Enrollment fees for hundreds of WED 4-H members
